Our story

We began five years ago with online English lessons led by British teachers
and language camps for children.

Since then, we've grown to offer school curriculum support, exam preparation,
and expert educational guidance.

Today, we’re proud to have a brilliant team. Dozens of dedicated tutors work with us online, and we run camps in the UK, Ireland, Spain, and Estonia.

Most importantly, we support families at every stage — from those first steps in learning English to applying to schools and universities across Britain and Europe.

We understand the British education system inside out —
because our own children are part of it.

Everything we do is rooted in personal experience and a genuine desire to help other families take this journey with greater ease, confidence, and peace of mind.

I’ve always wanted to be a teacher – since childhood. But my parents saw engineering as more practical. So my first degree was in engineering economics. I wouldn’t say it was useless – it still comes in handy.
Later, I earned an MBA in business and marketing. After that, I completed a UK teaching qualification. I keep adding these skills to my personal toolkit. They help me grow, do better work, and see problems from different angles.

I’m originally from Tallinn, Estonia. I moved to the UK in 2011 with my three daughters. I have many years of experience in both business and education.

I’m the director of the Cambridge Russian School and the co-founder of Future Focus agency. Although I teach myself, my main priority now is growing our company.

Education matters to me deeply. It’s how I grow – by staying curious and always learning.
And I want to pass that on. That’s why we’re building this company.

I’ve been learning English since I was six. I was lucky – my first teacher brought it to life through roleplay and plays based on Kipling and Stevenson. That vivid experience still guides me today.

At 18, I began working in international companies – HR, marketing, project management. Later, I shifted to education: helping launch educational games internationally, running startups, teaching Agile, and doing team coaching. All of it centered around people, growth, and creating spaces where learning feels natural.

I’ve lived between cultures all my life. I was born in Georgia, lived in Russia, worked in Estonia. In 2022, my husband and I moved to Scotland with our three children.

When our kids entered British schools and started thinking about university, our family’s journey sparked the next stage of our project. That’s when Future Focus grew from an online school into an education agency. We now help families navigate English-speaking education and find a path that fits them.

Living in different countries and working with people has taught me this: today, you need to be flexible, open to new things, and able to keep learning.
English and a strong education give children a solid base – they help them feel confident, free, and ready to build a life in a borderless world.

I grew up in a small Russian town and dreamed of visiting Oxford and Cambridge.
For a long time, that dream felt out of reach.

After university, I started a training agency to help students build key soft skills – negotiation, teamwork, leadership, and time management.

Now I see those are the exact skills we need to thrive in a fast-changing world.

Today, I live in Germany. Through Future Focus, I help students from Russia find their path in European education – including studying at Cambridge.

I also work at LiLeLo Games, an international critical thinking academy.
There, we teach both kids and adults the 4C skills – communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking – through business and learning games.

My message to students and parents:
Don’t be afraid to set big goals. They may feel impossible at first.
But with the right guide, you can find your way to them.
